🛑 Meri Brown was forced by Kody to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) — What’s being hidden? 🤯🔥
In the latest explosive sneak peek of Sister Wives, drama erupts as Meri Brown finally exposes the real reason behind all the secrecy surrounding the sale of Coyote Pass—Kody allegedly tried to silence her with an NDA.
Why do you want me to sign a confidentiality agreement?
Why are you trying to silence me?

These are Meri’s emotional words as the episode reveals an intense behind-the-scenes battle. According to Meri, “Uh Cody said, ‘Well, I could sell it without Mary’s consent.’ I’m like, ‘Well, you could, but you could. You could sell it.’” The question remains: Why are Kody and Robyn trying to silence Meri?
The sneak peek uncovers major tension. Behind the scenes was a lot of sneakiness and secrecy going on. Cody states that after they took the offer for the sale of Coyote Pass, Janelle was worried about losing the buyer and them backing out. So, he then says that Janelle told him to complete Mary’s wishes or force the sale. He says that it sounded like a deal to just do the forced sale, despite Mary’s hesitations. He was actually wanting to sell it without Mary’s consent.
On top of that, Meri explains why she took so long. Kody and Robyn were trying to get her to sign an NDA. But get this—he’s now explaining why he didn’t. He says that Robyn was the one who snapped him back to his senses. Robyn says in her confessional that there’s no way she was going to move dirty like that. She told him, “We’re going to do this the right way.”
And suddenly… guess who ends up looking like the hero?
Robyn, of course.
Cody said that there is nothing like the woman you love to bring you back to your senses.
Like Cody, give me a break. Y’all were both on board with doing it until Mary threatened your tale with legal action.

Meri says that Cody tried to make her sign a confidentiality agreement before the offer took place. Why is this?
Because Cody did not want talking if he forced the sale.
The producers ask Mary if she has signed the initial NDA and they sell the property behind her back—would she be able to speak out about it?
And as tears fall down her face, she says no.
Back in season 19, Janelle warned Mary that she may want to get lawyered up because Cody may try to screw them over. And remember what Mary said:
I feel like I better protect myself.
I don’t think that there’s really any need for protection. Don’t you think that we have each other’s backs as far as that goes?
No, I really don’t.
Mary admits she had hoped to remain friends after the divorce. But now? She feels betrayed. She did not want to threaten Cody legally because she always thought they were family. But money changes everything.
Now fans are asking: Why is Kody praising Robyn so hard?
Is he trying to paint her as the saving grace—the one who “did things right”—as a way to clean up her recent negative image?
