He was live when a man entered his room and asked if he had some kind of “accident in his pants” the night. The man revealed that he found some blood stains all over the sofa where he slept last night.
Loren told his friend that his “organ” was bleeding and his shorts were “soaked” in blood because of it. He added, “I ate a bunch of chicken bones… didn’t pass through.” Hence, it appears that he ingested the chicken bones, which caused issues in his gastrointestinal tract. That could be the reason why he ended up spilling blood all over his friend’s couch.
