Gabe Brown Appears in Instagram Video Following Surgery

Fans of Alaskan Bush People will remember Gabe and Noah Brown from the family’s off-the-grid lifestyle near Hoonah, Alaska. The Discovery Channel series aired from 2014 to 2022, capturing the unique life of the Brown family.

In a recent Instagram post, Noah revealed that Gabe was undergoing surgery on his hand. Following that, a new video featured Gabe after the procedure.

Noah began the video saying, “We’re in my truck, getting ready to head back. Picked up some Dutch Bros. [coffee], trying to find a place to grab a burger. [Gabe’s] hungry. Just taking a little moment here.”

He then turned to Gabe, asking how he was feeling. Gabe simply responded, “Good.” Noah, slightly amused, replied, “Dude,” and encouraged Gabe to show viewers his bandaged hand.

Gabe lifted his hand to the camera, fully wrapped in bandages. Noah reminded him to keep the bandages on for the next few weeks. Gabe added that he needed to cover it with a bag while showering.

Though Gabe appeared a bit groggy from the procedure, he assured viewers that everything went smoothly. He praised the medical staff and thanked his brother Noah for his support.
