Bear was the middle son of Ami and the late Billy Brown. Since his time on the show, Bear has kept fans updated about his life on social media.

Taking to Instagram, Bear recently shared that he had some “super awesome news” that he wanted to share with fans. Before getting things started, he added he wanted to thank his fans, “’cause I also appreciate it.”

The Alaskan Bush People star shared he just wrote a book, Survival Deadly Alaska. He then revealed he released the book through Etsy, sharing a link on his bio.

According to the page’s description, “Survival Deadly Alaska is a unique book that incorporates pictures throughout. It follows the adventures of a young man who was born in Alaska, as he searches for clues about his missing dad, who disappeared on a supposedly cursed island.”

“It’s a story about adventure, survival, mystery and family. it’s loosely based on Alaska’s myths, legends, and lore.” In the comments to his recent video, Bear also explained that the illustrations were “created using AI using the prompts I gave it.”

During the video, Bear claimed the book had become a “best-selling” graphic novel on the Etsy platform. As he explained, “I haven’t sold a hundred or anything. But I guess I sold enough in a short period of time that it’s considered a best-seller.”

Bear continued, “So, guys, I really appreciate it. Super awesome, super extreme. Thank you so much.” He also shared that the book was on sale at the time of the video.

Bear then asked fans who purchased the book to leave a review, emphasizing that he wanted them to be “honest,” even if they didn’t like it. He then joked he was not a “professional writer” or even a “professional anything,” besides, perhaps, a “fire-starter.”
