90 Day Fiance Fan Favorite Lands In Hospital
David Toborowsky and Annie Suwan first appeared on 90 Day Fiancé in Season 5. They’ve been a long-standing couple in the franchise. Viewers were initially wary of their significant age gap. The Louisville, Kentucky native is 24 years older than his now-wife.

Since their time on the reality show, the couple has built a life together. They moved to Thailand in late 2024 so Annie Suwan could give birth to their baby in her home country. Minthira, who was conceived via IVF, was born in March 2025.
As the world welcomed in 2026, David Toborowsky spent the first moments of the new year in a Thailand hospital. The 90 Day Fiance star took to social media to reveal his medical woes. “This is not how I planned to start the year. Instead of being out and about, I’m in the hospital dealing with degenerative disc disease and my sciatic nerve reminding me who’s boss.”

The reality star is now 57 and really feeling his age. But he wasn’t alone in the hospital room. His wife Annie Suwan brought their daughter to visit. David Toborowsky shared a picture of his adorable family on social media.
David Toborowsky Gives Update, Vows To Keep Fighting
David Toborowsky has since been discharged from the hospital. But before he was released, he had an MRI to assess the damage to his spine. He didn’t share the results yet, but revealed that the initial treatment plan was an injection to get him back on his feet again.
His followers took to the comments to share their well-wishes with the hurting reality star. A lot of his fans could relate to back problems.
