This real estate move is a true Duggar family affair! Joseph’s father, Jim Bob Duggar, initially sold the home to Joe and Kendra for a mere $5,000 back in May 2018. Jim Bob and Michelle themselves had purchased the house in 2014 for $57,000, meaning the Caldwells are getting an absolute steal!
