âABPâ Joshua âBamâ Brown Reveals Surprise No One Knew About Him

Fans got to know the Brown family through fourteen seasons of Alaskan Bush People. However, thanks to social media, they can still learn all sorts of things about the cast members all the time. Recently, fans were surprised to learn something about Joshua âBamâ Brown from his time on the show.
Joshua âBam Bamâ Brown Has Opened Up About Himself On Social Media
Alaskan Bush People originally ran from 2014 to 2022, with over one-hundred episodes spanning across fourteen seasons. Throughout the show, fans were introduced to the Brown family, led by Ami and the late Billy Brown, who lived off the grid in Alaska.
One family member that fans were introduced to is Joshua Brown, who is also known as âBam Bam,â or simply, âBam,â by fans. On the series, he was one of Ami and Billyâs older sons.

Recently, fans have noticed something about Bam on his Backstage account. This platform is designed to help actors, creative freelancers, and even content creators find work.
In his description, Bam wrote, âMy name is Joshua Bam Bam Brown, [Iâm] known for playing myself in the long running, reality show Alaskan Bush People on the Discovery Channel where I also served as an uncredited producer on all the episodes.â
âI have experience working as background in several movie productions as well as performing on stage. I have experience [performing] Shakespeare and poetry.â
There Was Something In Particular That Really Surprised Alaskan Bush People Fans
Bam continued, âI have been featured in People Magazine as well as online publications. Acting is my passion and I am willing to travel for work.â
Bam also noted, âI have a home studio for audio recording and voice over work.â However, it was Bamâs producing credit on Alaskan Bush People that surprised fans.
As previously reported, Bam had also been known for his relationship with Allison Kagan, who worked as a field producer on Alaskan Bush People for a few seasons. As noted by The U.S. Sun, he took a break from the series in 2017, taking the time off to be with her.
On social media, some fans admitted they shouldnât be too surprised, since working on a show seemed like something right up his alley. A few wondered if this had a lasting impact on his family and time with the show. Some comments included:
- âBam Bam always has been very creative. maybe also the reason he doesnât get along with ppl who do not understand him.â
- âI always wondered if getting involved with more production (personally and professionally) opened his eyes to a lot of the family dynamics and thatâs why he pulled away until family drama and illness pulled him back again.â
- âIf this is true, I sincerely wish for him a long and happy career.â
- âYeah but validation is HUGE after isolation. I know they werenât as isolated as they claimed but suddenly having peers validate your experience would be VERY eye opening.â
