This is because the latter’s mother, Rachel Hutchins, wasn’t able to take good care of him. Hence, Michelle, being a good sister, decided to step into the matter.

However, things didn’t go as Michelle and Jim might have expected, as they had to give up Tyler’s custody in 2023. After having issues, the couple decided to give Tyler’s grandparents, Carolyn and John, custody in June 2023. Since then, the star kid has been living with his parents, and viewers were wondering if he was fine or not!

The Sun recently revealed that he was still living with his grandparents, and it appears that things are finally falling into his favor. But how do we know this? Well, the Annual Report of Guardian recently confirmed that Tyler is currently living in Rogers, Arkansas.

John and Carolyn confirmed in the report that Tyler was with them. It further stated the “current mental, physical, and social condition.” The source claimed that the 16-year-old was “happy and healthy” while he was “thriving” in life. His grandparents further noted that there was a need to continue the guardianship because of Tyler’s age.

Apparently, Tyler is simply 16 years old, and as per the law, he should have a guardian. However, John and Carolyn appear to be more than happy to take on this responsibility for the next two years as well. They are clearly opting for guardianship and have been told by the law that the child will be with them in the future as well.

The court papers further claim that John and Carolyn currently have Tyler’s “formal and legal guardianship.” However, viewers are happy to know that the latter is in safe hands and away from the drama.
