In the request, Noah and Rhain cited anti-harassment, as they requested “protection from someone who has committed unlawful harassment.”

They also accused Rain, 22, of “stalking” as they checked off that there is a “threat of violence including malicious and intentional threat or presence of firearm/weapon causing substantial emotional distress.”

They requested Rain give up all firearms and be restrained from obtaining more weapons.

Rain’s firearms include two handguns, one to two semi-automatic rifles and two shotguns, according to the documents.
