The LPBW star is officially done with the breakup and the property, to ensure he won’t cross paths with his ex in the future.

However, the LPBW stars shocked fans when they announced their split on social media. Matt and Caryn refused to share any details about their split. They have been busy moving on from the split. Caryn initially moved to Oregon to work at the Roloff Property.

Soon, she began dating Matt and spent many years with him. Hence, the TLC star doesn’t seem ready to spend more time in Oregon. She allegedly moved to Arizona permanently to live with her parents. The US Sun revealed that the reality TV star is moving closer to her parents to take care of them. Chandler’s daughter, Brittany, also decided to accompany her mom and live with her.

The Little People Big World star sold it for under $20,000 from the original asking price.

Matt’s property included two bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with a closed den and a spacious two-and-a-half-car garage. He mentioned an oversized covered patio with a built-in bar and barbecue in the listing. As per The US Sun, Caryn and Matt are eager to move on from their breakup. The former is moving permanently to Arizona.
Hence, Roloff must have taken the decision to never cross paths with his ex. He owned the property because they frequently travelled to Arizona. The LPBW star doesn’t have any reason to visit again.
