The entire 1000-Lb Sisters cast has struggled with health issues. Tammy Slaton’s conditions have been prominently featured on the show, but each of her siblings has their own set of complications too.

Sadly, it seems that Amanda Halterman is the latest cast member to come down with something serious.

Amanda reemerged on Instagram recently to give her fans an update.

“Sorry I been MIA. Taking some time to take care of me,” the TLC star shared with her Instagram followers. “I’m currently fighting upper respiratory issues [neg] for Covid and flu A and b but still very sick. Wearing a Holter monitor because my heart can’t seem to get its act right out 🤣🥴 whisper a prayer for my entire family. Sickness has hit [all] of us in [one] way or another. Amanda attached a photo of herself with the heart monitor clearly visible. Although she’s admittedly had better days, she seemed to be in good spirits.

Although she isn’t out of the woods yet, the 1000-Lb Sisters star seems to be feeling much better. She made a few subsequent Instagram posts, detailing her illness.
