Micah Plath breaks his silence about Veronica Peters’ cheating allegations in the upcoming episode of Welcome to Plathville — and Us Weekly has the exclusive first look.

“When we did long distance in L.A. … I was still doing other relationships,” Micah, 24, tells the cameras in Us’ sneak peek at the Tuesday, August 5, episode of the TLC series, sharing his side of the story after Veronica claimed earlier this season that he was unfaithful.

“All of that stopped when I decided to move here,” he explains, before confessing, “However, I didn’t close any of the doors. I kept keeping up with other females and meeting up with them.”

Micah acknowledges that Veronica “never forced” him to move to Florida, but admits he was more immature than he realized when they first lived together.

“It’s crazy because he was cheating on me for a while every time he went to New York with this girl,” Veronica tells viewers, revealing it was Micah’s Big Apple fling that broke the news of his infidelity via a phone call.

A solemn Micah continues to share the darker side of their relationship, revealing, “I committed before I was ready to commit. I was not in it for the longest time.”

He recalls that when Veronica found out, he “cut out every relationship with every girl” and he “came clean” in May 2024. “I gave her full access to my phone. Full access to everything,” the reality star shares.

Micah tells both the producers and Veronica in the preview that he’s “so grateful” that she gave him “a chance to prove myself and to change because I don’t deserve that at all.” He alleges, “And since then, it’s been 10 months or so now, I’ve been as transparent as I possibly can be to her.”

He continues, “I thought we were doing amazingly well besides when family matters came up,” hinting at the tension he feels sitting beside Veronica in that moment.

Micah’s explanation will be featured on Tuesday’s episode, one week after Veronica dropped the cheating bombshell on Welcome to Plathville.

“Micah has cheated on me several times,” Veronica alleged during the Tuesday, July 29, episode of the show. “I hate his behavior. I’ve denied it all. I’ve made a united front. I lied to people. I protect[ed] you. When I knew the truth.”

During her reveal, Micah sat quietly next to her on a couch in their shared home in Florida. “I was more scared about the truth coming out because it would hurt you. And I put myself aside and my pride and backed him and blamed myself,” Veronica told the cameras.

She then turned to Micah, claiming, “I’d back you when you hurt me. You don’t care. You care about yourself. I have backed you. When you have done the most selfish [thing], I have backed you.”

Veronica further explained that when she had a falling out with Micah’s sister Moriah Plath over her own dating choices, Moriah allegedly “knew” that Micah had cheated and still iced her out.

That heartbreak added to Veronica’s issues with Micah’s family, which has been slowly unfolding this season on the reality show.
