7 Little Johnstons’ SHOCK: Amber & Trent Demand a Sit-Down With Anna Amid Explosive Family Drama!

📰 Johnston Family Drama: Bryce & Liz Hesitate Over Land Gift While Anna Remains Absent for Emotional Tribute

Shock Reunion! Amber & Trent Johnston Finally Meet Anna Despite Raging Family Drama!

The latest episode of Seven Little Johnstons highlighted major turning points for the family, revolving around a difficult decision for Bryce and Elizabeth and the deepening rift caused by Anna’s continued estrangement.

🏡 Land Dilemma: A Gift Too Close to Home?

Following Amber and Trent’s generous gift of a plot of land in their own neighborhood, Bryce and Liz faced an unexpected dilemma. While desperate to own their first home, the couple confessed they didn’t necessarily want to live “in the same neighborhood as both of our parents.”

However, they ultimately put their desire for independence aside to focus on their almost one-year-old daughter, Leighton. They acknowledged the neighborhood is safe and would be a great place to raise her, concluding, “It was a tough decision, but ultimately, I think we made the right one.” The land deal was done.

The saga quickly encountered a snag when they met with a contractor. Due to the high costs associated with grading, removing trees, and adding a basement foundation, building the home proved to be more expensive and time-consuming than anticipated.

“There could be a chance where it could be more closer to Leighton’s third birthday instead and we don’t want that,” Liz noted.

The added expenses and delays forced the couple to reconsider whether they should continue building or look into simply buying a ready-made house off the market.

🕊️ A Missing Face at Poppy’s Heavenly Birthday

The family gathered for a special backyard tribute to honor the late “Poppy” on what would have been his first birthday since his passing. Trent’s children reflected that the tribute was not a sad occasion but a time to celebrate a man who taught his family to always be there for each other.

The absence of Anna was heavily felt.

Trent’s children acknowledged: “My dad is learning that this is nothing that they can force on Anna. It’s going to take her to want to make the change.”

Anna’s absence at the tribute, following her skipping the Fall Fest, has Amber and Trent worried about upcoming big events, including Leighton’s first birthday and Thanksgiving.

☕ Trent and Amber Plan One Last Effort to Reconcile

Recognizing the impact of the rift on the entire family—including their siblings who miss Anna—Amber and Trent decided to try one final time to resolve the situation.

They planned to meet Anna on “neutral ground, like a coffee shop,” insisting that Anna needs to not just “show up and sit there,” but actively participate in the conversation.

“When you don’t take ownership for yourself, what you have done, it’s truly impossible to move forward,” Trent stressed, placing the responsibility for reconciliation squarely on Anna.

🚜 Alex’s Farm Life Trial Run with Alli

Meanwhile, Alex embarked on his first trip to Ohio to help his girlfriend Alli and her family with the harvest. The trip prompted speculation from his sister, Emma, about his future, with Alex admitting he and Alli have discussed him moving there one day—but her parents require them to be married first.

Alex joked that if he gets engaged before Jonah and Ashley, there would be a “severe problem.”

During a family dinner, Alli’s family updated Alex on her upcoming leg surgery in Atlanta to correct bowing in her lower legs—a decision made after being impressed with the surgeon the Johnstons used.

Alli’s parents expressed their enthusiasm for the young couple, saying they love watching their relationship “blossom,” and even voiced a dream of Alex joining the family business: “If they could keep this going,” referring to him staying to help run their farm.

Alex reflected on his experience: “Honestly, I think tonight is like I would say like a little trial run on what our lives could be like in a few years. Like if I do commit to the farm, like this is what it could look like. It would and it’s very exciting.” He even mused about majoring in farming and minoring in broadcasting.
