🚨 WAR AT THE BIG HOUSE! Jill Duggar’s Husband Derick Finally Snaps—Slams Jim Bob & Michelle Over Josh’s “Sick” Secrets! 😲💥🔥

Jill Duggar’s Husband Slams Her Parents Over Josh Duggar Situation

In the wake of Josh Duggar’s recent arrest and indictment on federal charges involving the possession of child sexual abuse material, his brother-in-law, Derick Dillard, is speaking out. Dillard, the husband of Jill Duggar, took to social media to air a series of grievances against the family’s patriarch and matriarch, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, accusing them of manipulation and financial control.

Allegations of Financial Control and “Rebranding”

The tension boiled over on Twitter when Dillard engaged with a thread discussing whether the entire Duggar family should be held responsible for Josh’s actions. Dillard didn’t mince words, shifting the focus toward the business structure of their former TLC reality shows, 19 Kids and Counting and its successor, Counting on.

Dillard claimed that Counting On was merely a “rebranding” designed to deceive the public into thinking the show had changed after Josh’s 2015 molestation scandal.

“Same business structure as 19 Kids and Counting,” Dillard tweeted. “i.e., one person makes the decisions for all and one person got paid.”

He further alleged that Jim Bob and Michelle were the primary beneficiaries of the show’s earnings, suggesting that the adult children were not fairly compensated for their participation.

A History of Threats and Deception

Dillard also touched upon the family’s internal handling of past controversies. He alleged that when he and Jill attempted to push back against the family’s narrative or the filming schedule, they were met with hostility.

  • Threats: Dillard claimed they were “threatened often” when they questioned the status quo.

  • The 2015 Scandal: Reflecting on the initial accusations against Josh in 2015, Dillard stated, “It was not handled well. The public was deceived… and we were told to keep filming and keep our mouths shut.”

Jill and Derick famously exited Counting On in 2017, later revealing they wanted more autonomy over their lives. Since then, Jill has been candid about their “complex” relationship with her parents, noting in late 2020 that they were “not on the best terms” and were focusing on personal healing.

Josh Duggar Faces Serious Legal Consequences

As the family rift widens, Josh Duggar remains in legal jeopardy. During a virtual hearing following his arrest, his attorney entered a plea of not guilty on his behalf.

Josh is currently facing two counts related to the receipt and possession of materials depicting the sexual abuse of children. If convicted, he faces:

  • Up to 20 years in prison per count.

  • Fines of up to $250,000 per count.

Josh will remain at an Arkansas detention center pending his bond hearing. Meanwhile, the Dillards continue to distance themselves from the “IBLP” lifestyle and the centralized control of the Duggar estate as Derick pursues his law degree.
