However, it came as a shock to many Little People Big World fans when Matt Roloff took to social media to announce that he and Caryn Chandler had gone their separate ways. Matt painted the split as an amicable one, but insiders told a completely different story.

LPBW: Matt Roloff Sells Home Following Devastating Split

Moving on from a long-term relationship is never an easy task. This becomes even harder when you are a celeb in the public eye. Many Little People Big World fans have been keeping up with Matt Roloff’s updates to see what he would do following his split from Caryn.

Based on the latest updates making the rounds, Matt Roloff officially sold his house in Arizona. As fans know, Matt would regularly travel to Arizona to spend time with Caryn. However, it looks like he is officially closing this chapter for good, as The US Sun notes that he offloaded his “secretly owned 2,300 square foot home in Surprise, a city in Maricopa County.”

The house was purchased in 2018 for $375k. It turns out, it went on the market roughly a month ago. A buyer quickly purchased it for $545k. Even though this was still a nice profit when compared with what Matt originally paid for the home, this purchase price was $20k under the original asking price.

Some of the features of the property include two bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with a closed den. In addition to a 2.5-car garage, there is also an oversized covered patio with a built-in bar, barbecue, and an elevated private lot.
