Alaskan Bush Peopleâs Bear Brown Shared He Recently Woke Up To Some Bad News
Viewers were initially introduced to the Brown Family through Discovery Channelâs Alaskan Bush People. The show, which originally ran from 2014 to 2022, saw the family as they tried to live off the grid in Hoonah, Alaska.
Bear Brown is the middle son of Ami and the late Billy Brown. Following the seriesâ initial run, he, as with other members of his family, have kept fans up to date about their lives on social media.

Recently, Bear had shared big news with fans of the show. He had written a book, Survival Deadly Alaska. At the time, he shared that the adventure story had become a âbest-sellerâ on Etsy.
Since then, Bear broke some unfortunate news concerning the book on social media. Taking to Instagram, he revealed, âSo, I woke up this morning to some bad news. And I figured I would go ahead and share it with yâall guys.â
âWhen I checked out my shop this morning, my book has been taken down. And everything has been removed from my shop completely.â
Bear noted that his book had previously been a best-seller, but âwhen I checked it out this morning, it has been removed as well as all of my other products. And my shop itself has been taken down.â
The Alaskan Bush People star shared that he was still investigating what caused all this. However, he already had a theory. As he shared, âWhen enough people report something, for going against the community guideline, even when it isnât, itâll still be taken down temporarily while people check it out to make sure that it didnât break the community guidelines.â
Some Fans Shared Alternative Theories For The Book Being Removed
For his part, Bear assured that he made sure his book didnât violate any established guidelines on the platform, sharing that he read through them carefully. He also mused that people on social media could report him âfor nothing.â
Bear then told fans, âRest assured, it is only temporary. I will have my shop back up. And Survival Deadly Alaska will be available once again. Iâm working on fixing the problem now.â
Taking to the comments, fans tried to share their support towards Bear. Many were also surprised by the idea that people would report him just to antagonize him. Others shared a few alternative theories as to why the shop was taken down. Some comments included:
