According to the poster, Alliya’s main focus was just about her surgery, and it seems she no longer has any feelings for Shawn. Instead, they think that Alliya was only using him to continue living a lavish lifestyle and to afford her future surgeries. They also feel awkward seeing Alliya drag Shawn to an expensive facility just to get things done right. Others agreed and added that the two never had chemistry. The synopsis also states that Sarper goes missing. Mina will also get “devastating news,” while Jess experiences being blinded by Juan.
