Jasmine’s Lawyer Blames Gino for Visa Delay

The long-running mystery of why Jasmine Peneda’s children have not yet joined her in America has reportedly been solved. According to her immigration lawyer, Kelsey, the delay is a direct result of mistakes made by Gino Palazolo.

Kelsey claims that Gino, who handled the visa process without legal guidance, “forgot” to include Jasmine’s sons’ names in the paperwork. The lawyer also alleges that he failed to pay for their visas and medical exams. The lawyer confirmed that Jasmine’s boys remain her top priority, but due to Gino’s alleged mishandling of the process, she now has to file for a visa as a green card holder, a process that can take over five years. This information came as a shock to fans, especially after it was revealed that Jasmine’s pet dog, Koko, was successfully included in the visa paperwork.
