A New Chapter for Bear Brown

Alaskan Bush People star Bear Brown has shared new updates about his upcoming plans. He recently announced that he’s sending his ex-wife and their children to live in Texas, paving the way for his next big adventure. After officially separating from his family, Bear revealed he has multiple projects in the works.
He recently posted a clip on Instagram showing himself at the airport with his ex-wife, Raiven, and their three kids. They were traveling to Texas, where Raiven and the children will now live permanently. The couple, who decided to end their marriage in April 2025, had promised to co-parent their children. However, it seems their arrangement is changing as Bear plans to embark on a new life away from them.

Bear Brown’s Journey to Alaska
Following his trip to Texas with his family, Bear Brown uploaded a new YouTube vlog about the next phase of his life. He confirmed he is currently staying at Raiven’s home in Texas but plans to leave soon. Bear will return to Washington to collect his survival gear before heading to Alaska to start a new life. He intends to settle in Ketchikan, a small town with amenities like a Walmart.
In the vlog, Bear discussed Alaska’s best weather seasons (typically June to July), but noted he plans to move in September to coincide with the start of hunting season. He mentioned he’ll bring very few rations, intending to hunt for his own food—a move that brings back memories of his family’s reality show. Many fans are excited to follow his documented life in Alaska, as seen in the supportive comments he’s received:
- “Yes your big bro really loves you and sent me over here to show you some love and to follow you l. Your big bro matt brown is an awsome person with a kind heart.”
- “Hello Bear, hope all is good and all is peaceful. Matt @iamtheroadwanderer talked about you and his love for you, and asked his followers to follow you also. Safe travels and God Bless. Looking forward to all the Videos.”

Another Sibling Returns to Alaska
Bear isn’t the only Brown sibling making a move. His brother, Noah Brown, also plans to return to Alaska. The Alaskan Bush People star recently shared that his move was delayed due to his construction job, but he is still relocating by the end of the week.
Noah expressed his excitement about returning to his childhood home. He also appears to be planning to document his hunting and other adventures in Alaska, much like his brother Bear, providing fans with even more content from the family.
