Nothing could have ever prepared us for this. 

On the latest episode of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days, fans were painfully subjected to the…coming together of fan-favorite couple Forrest Atwood-McKenzie and Sheena Penaranda. (For those out of the “90 Day” loop, Forrest and Sheena have been in a relationship– completely online– for seven years and only recently met for the first time in Sheena’s home country of the Philippines, although that timeline has been disputed.) 

The episode followed Forrest and Sheena, who recently got engaged– much to the dismay of Forrest’s mom, Molly– as they traveled to the romantic beach town of Batangas. The couple explained that they were taking themselves out on a relaxing vacation after meeting with an immigration lawyer who told them that Forrest, who is unemployed, does not make enough money to pay for the K-1 visa. 

“I’m hoping that some alone time will be relaxing and that it will give me the opportunity to get him to really consider living here with me,” Sheena said in a confessional. 

Forrest then explained that since this trip would be their first time alone together since getting engaged, this would be the perfect time for him and Sheena to finally get it on. 

“Sheena and I talked about it and now, not having anybody to hold us back … I think now is the perfect time to let our sexual tensions go,” he said. 

The conversation went south when Sheena mentioned that the one thing she doesn’t like about the beach are the jellyfish, to which Forrest responded, “Turns out, I didn’t bring the jelly.” (Umm?)

 He then asked Sheena if she wanted to have a “special night” that evening, which Sheena agreed to, but joked that Forrest would first have to ask his mom if it’s okay. 

“Mom’s gonna be there watching and cheering the entire time,” Forrest replied. 

Sheena and Forrest, who are 40 and 32 years old respectively, were both virgins prior to this episode and the two pulled out…all the stops to make their first time the best time. Forrest gleefully flaunted his pack of condoms and even posed with one IN HIS MOUTH, while Sheena donned the purple lingerie Forrest brought her (both of which Forrest’s mom had purchased for the couple) before getting down to business. 

“I’m finally getting to be with the woman of my dreams, my vixen of the Internet,” Forrest summed up the experience. 

The next morning, fans were subjected to far too many details about the pair’s wild night, with Forrest revealing that Sheena “took the driver’s seat and just kept going” and that the experience was “a great sensation” that was “way better than what [he does] at night [by himself].” 

“Me and my hand, I’m sorry,” Forrest actually said. “We’re gonna have to break up.” 

Forrest proceeded to tell viewers that the night was “magical,” but more “wet and sloppy” than he had expected, before blatantly describing what he felt in a confessional alongside Sheena. 

“When you got on top and started going, my legs were so weak, I felt like I needed a life preserver to make sure I don’t drown,” he said. “It was the best 35 seconds of my life. No, okay, I lasted a little longer than that. Sheena, man, she hopped on top of me and just showed me who’s the boss.” 

The couple both expressed that even though they waited so long to meet and get physical, they were glad they waited for each other. 

While fans were obviously shocked by the level of description Forrest gave, many others voiced their support of the couple’s relationship. 

“The innocence is so cute,” one fan commented. “Wishing them all of the best.” 

Meanwhile, others are still reeling from the secondhand embarrassment they felt watching the episode. 

“Forrest please!” one viewer wrote. “Again, I blame the camera man for even consenting.” 

Some fans on social media have noticed this trend within the “90 Day Fiancé” franchise, with more recent seasons often pushing sex storylines. 

“The earlier seasons did not have this many sex scenes,” one person commented on Reddit. “It’s super uncomfortable to watch and the things they openly admit on national TV makes me cringe as well.”
